Arnhue is a clarity tool that helps you think through what is stuck. It is not therapy, not coaching, and not a substitute for professional mental health support. It is currently in beta.
We collect the following data when you use Arnhue:
Besides your reflections, we record how you use Arnhue: onboarding answers, ratings, in-app events, and coarse device and referrer information on arrival. Arnhue itself does not record IP addresses or location.
You can use Arnhue without an email. That account has 25 messages and one reflection. When you save your map with your email, it's the same account and the same data. Anonymous accounts that are not saved with an email are deleted after 30 days without activity.
If you leave a reflection open, it closes after ten minutes. If there is no summary yet and enough has been said, one is written. Your map is rebuilt automatically from your patterns.
Arnhue uses an Anthropic model to power reflections. Your reflections are processed by Anthropic's API. Anthropic does not use API conversations to train their models. You can read Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com.
We use Anthropic's API to process your reflections. Your messages, together with the context Arnhue keeps for you (your patterns, last summary and map), are sent to Anthropic to generate replies. Nothing that identifies you is sent. Anthropic's privacy policy governs this processing. Your reflections are not used to train AI models.
Your data is stored in the European Union using Supabase. The app is hosted by Vercel, emails are sent through Resend, and voice notes are transcribed by Gladia (signed-in users only). Voice input in a reflection uses your browser's own speech service. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. Beta data will be deleted when the beta ends unless you explicitly choose to keep it.
Under GDPR you have the right to:
When you delete your account, your reflections, patterns and map are deleted. Only anonymous usage counts (such as how many sessions and patterns), with no link to you, are retained. Copies of emails already sent to you remain with our email provider.
For any questions about your data or these terms, contact us at hi@arnhue.com.
