What is Arnhue?
Arnhue is a clarity tool. It helps you think through what is stuck -- through questions, reflection, and pattern recognition. The goal is that you need it less over time, not more.
How does Arnhue work?
Arnhue uses an AI model to respond to your reflections and identify patterns in your thinking. Reflections are processed securely via Anthropic's API and are not used to train AI models.
Is this therapy?
No. Arnhue is not therapy, not coaching, and not a substitute for professional mental health support. It does not give advice or tell you what to do. It asks questions and helps you find your own answers. If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please contact a mental health professional.
Who is this for?
People who want to think more clearly and trust their own judgment more. People who are tired of going in circles on the same problem. People who want a space to think out loud without being told what to do.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT tries to help by giving you answers. Arnhue helps by asking better questions. It does not validate, advise, or take sides. It reflects your thinking back to you so you can see it more clearly. The goal is your autonomy, not your dependence on the tool.
How does a reflection work?
You share what is on your mind. Arnhue asks questions to help you go deeper. At the end, it delivers a summary of what emerged -- what brought you there, the core tension, what became clearer, and a pattern to watch. The summary is the most valuable part.
What is a pattern?
A pattern is a recurring way of thinking or responding that shows up across different situations. Arnhue names these patterns so you can start to notice them yourself. Examples include Perfectionism as a gate, Violation Rehearsal, or Protective Silence. Once named, they are easier to catch in real life.
What happens after the summary?
You can keep exploring in the same reflection or come back anytime. Your summary and pattern are saved and visible in past reflections. Over time, patterns across reflections will map into a visual pattern tree -- coming in the next version.
Can I continue a previous reflection?
Yes. Each reflection ends with its own pattern, and you can continue it later from Reflections. A new reflection starts fresh, but Arnhue carries your patterns across all of them.
Why do I need to sign in with email?
Arnhue uses magic links -- a secure, passwordless way to sign in. You enter your email, receive a link, click it, and you are in. No password to remember, no account to set up. The link expires after one hour for security.
I clicked the link but it says expired -- what do I do?
Magic links are single-use and expire after one hour. If yours has expired, go back to the login page and request a new one. It takes about 30 seconds. Make sure to click the link in the same browser you requested it from.
Why does signing in require two emails?
This is standard for passwordless authentication -- it is the same process used by Notion, Linear, and many other apps. The first email is your invite. The second email is your login link. It is two steps, not because we invented a complicated process, but because this is how secure passwordless login works. Once you are signed in, you stay signed in for two weeks without needing to do it again.
I am already signed in on another device -- do I need to sign in again?
Yes. Sessions are device-specific for security. You will need to request a new magic link on each device you use. Once signed in on a device, you stay signed in for two weeks.
How do I invite a friend?
Click the Invite button in the top right of your dashboard. Enter your friend's email address and click Send invite. They will receive an email with a link to join. Each beta user gets 2 invites.
My friend received an invite -- what do they do?
Step 1: They click the link in the invite email. Step 2: They land on the Arnhue invite page -- their email is already filled in. Step 3: They click Get access. Step 4: They receive a second email with a login link. Step 5: They click the login link. Step 6: They are in Arnhue and can start their first reflection.
Why does the invite process involve two emails?
The first email is the invite from you. The second email is a secure login link that Arnhue sends to verify their identity. This is standard passwordless authentication -- the same process used by many apps. It is two emails, not because it is complicated, but because it is secure. Once your friend is signed in, they stay signed in for two weeks.
My invite link is not working -- what do I do?
Invite links expire after 7 days and can only be used once. If yours is not working, ask your friend to send a fresh invite. If you are still having trouble, email us at hi@swathipoddar.com.
I used both my invites -- can I get more?
Not during the beta period. Each user gets 2 invites to keep the beta manageable. If you have someone specific in mind, contact us directly and we will consider it.
Are my reflections private?
Yes. Your reflections are linked to your account and are not visible to other users. We do not share your data with third parties.
Are my reflections used to train AI?
No. Arnhue uses the Anthropic API to power reflections. Anthropic does not use API conversations to train their models. Your reflections are never used to improve or train any AI system.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings from your dashboard. You can delete individual reflections from the past reflections view, or delete your entire account from the Danger zone section in Settings. Deleting your account removes all your conversations, patterns, and summaries permanently.
What happens to my data after beta?
You can choose to keep your data for the full launch or have everything deleted. You can set this preference in Settings under Beta data retention. During the private beta your data is retained as long as you have an active account.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in the European Union using Supabase, a GDPR-compliant infrastructure provider. We take reasonable technical measures to keep it secure.
How long is the beta?
The private beta runs for a limited period while we invite 20-30 people to test the product before the full launch.
How many reflections can I have?
Unlimited during the beta period. Use it as much as you want -- that is the point of a beta.
What happens at the end of beta?
We will ask you whether you want to keep your data for the full launch or have it deleted. Beta testers who express interest in continuing will get early access pricing when we launch.
How do I give feedback?
After each reflection you will be asked if it helped. You can also click Give feedback at the bottom of your dashboard at any time. Your feedback directly shapes what gets built next.
